Might take a partial trade for a clean low mile XR650l or street legal XR600R. Will also trade for a clean Toyota Celica GTS or Toyota MR2 Spyder... This is by far the cleanest example of an RC that I have seen. It has been my baby, I've had it for over 11 years and it has never been abused. It has had a plush life. It's never been down and has a clean clear title. It only has 15240 original miles. I used to work at Alamo Cycle Center and I assembled this bike from the shipping crate! It's runs and drives like new!
It has a bunch of tasteful mods done. It has had the flapper valve mod done. The Soft Rev Limiter mod done. Zero-Gravity double bubble windscreen. CRG shorty clutch and brake levers. Lockhart-Phillips Carbon Inlay frame sliders, handlebar Sliders and swing arm sliders all with silver end caps. Custom undertail with integrated tail light. Low profile front signals. Custom rear hugger fender. 520 chain conversion. Speedo healer. Braking front and rear wave rotors. Very rare Moriwaki rearsets. Pirelli Supercorsa tires that have maybe 1000 miles on them! Power Commander with custom map from Dan Kyle Racing, this map is specifically for the Sato banzai exhaust and other mods. Ultra rare Sato Racing "Banzai" exhaust (best performing and best sounding exhaust for the RC51, and they are no longer made). Seen used sato racing exhaust for these bikes sell for over $2000 alone! A factory tail section was custom painted by Kent Eves with a matching cowl. I also have the original complete factory tail with matching cowl complete with a matching undertail! I do still have the factory rear seat! The factory tail is not damaged I just didn't like that the factory tail is painted black on the 03 models.
This bike is literally as close to perfect as you can get for a bike that is right at 15 years old.
